ARTISTS' RECEPTION on SUNDAY, April 5th, from 2-4 PM.
The Columbus Colored Pencil Guild will be hosting
an April exhibit entitled DRAWN TOGETHER
at High Road Gallery, 12 E. Stafford Ave in the Buttles/Brown
Historic Register Building on High Street in Worthington.
Artists from all over Ohio have entered this show,
which will include many forms of graphic arts such as
graphite and charcoal as well as the colored pencil.
Adding to the display will be enamelists Susan Purdue,
David & Roberta Baird, and Sharon Tabasco.
Their work features jewelry, wall hangings and whimsical creatures.
The show runs from April 1 to April 25.
All are invited to the Artists' Reception on Sunday, April 5 from 2-4 PM.
The artists provide the food, and the art and High Road provides the drinks.
An additional event associated with this show is a demonstration
by Barbara Krans Jenkins of her colored pencil technique on gourds
on Saturday, April 11, at 10:30 AM.
Admission is free. She will have a selection of gourds on display during the show.
